1 teaspoon chili powder

½ teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ajwain

½ teaspoon cracked pepper

3 teaspoon sweet curd

1 teaspoon basan

1½ teaspoon ginger garlic paste

1 teaspoon chicken masala

1 Garam Masala

2 Big lemon juice

Marinate the chicken with all the above ingredients At least 30 minutes or refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours. Make sure to shake the bag and flip it on different sides so that the marinade can distribute to each side leaving no chicken piece untouched.

Place the chicken dish on the middle rack of your oven. Bake at 450 degrees F for about 35 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.

Or use a pan with oil and place the chicken in the nonstick pan with a lid. And make sure both sides are cooked properly.
