Chicken Tikka Masala

One of the amazing thing about our country is that we have varieties to eat one among them is chicken. Today diginmeal kitchen presents chicken Tikka masala from our friend Ali .

Tandoori Chicken Tikka (Home Style)


1/2 kg Boneless chicken

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp chilly powder

1/2 tsp Black pepper powder

1 tsp Coriander powder

1 & 1/2 Ginger garlic paste

1/2 cup curd

1 tbsp Tandoori Masala

1 lemon

1 tsp Kasuri methi

1 tsp butter

Salt to taste

Process: Clean & wash the chicken. Marinate the chicken with curd, salt, turmeric, chilly powder, coriander powder, black pepper, ginger - garlic paste, tandoori masala, lemon juice, crushed kasturi methi & 1 spoon full butter

. Keep the marination in the fridge for an hour. Take a grill pan, heat some oil or butter. Now place the marinated chicken pieces, let it cook well from both sides. Keep brushing the leftover marination on the chicken while cooking. Once the chicken pieces are cooked properly, take out in a dish. Sprinkle some chaat masala on it and serve hot
