Ingredients in this Easy Egg Roll Recipe
You can be creative but I like to keep it super simple. You only need a few ingredients for this egg chicken roll recipe.
vegetable oil or Olive oil
salt - as per your taste
chicken boneless small pieces - you wont like the bone to get stuck in your mouth while you take the taste of the yummy roll so recommend to take boneless pieces.
eggs - depends upon your taste use 2 eggs for each roll to enhance the taste double side of the rolls coat with blended egg.
Lemons - juicy ones
Tomato ketch or any kind of dips you prefer
Ginger and garlic - paste or powder
How to make the rolls
Start by cooking the chicken in a pan. As the chicken is being cooked, sprinkle in the ginger and the garlic powder or (can marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste and cook adding 1 egg to that while marinating) .
Meanwhile prepare the dough with the flour adding a pinch of salt and water.
Make medium size round flat bread .
Heat some oil in a flat pan and put the flat bread for sometime once it is done remove that .
Place some of the chicken in the center of the wrapper and add some chopped onions and some lemon juice on top of it , and fold that corner that was pointed at you onto the filling. Fold the left and right corners into the center, then roll, keeping the filling in the center. Continue with the rest of the wrappers and filling.
Use some butter paper to wrap the roll from bottom so that stuffings inside are intact .
Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
