Fish Masala Fry

Sunday Special let's try with some fish fry loved by all non-vegetarian lovers. Fish fry is a simple, healthy tasty dish that goes very well with a variety rice menu of the South or north of India. Crispy from outside and nice soft from inside.Good for weekend lunch try……
FISH MASALA FRY

Ingredients:
1 kg fish of your choice ( Rohu)
¼ tsp. turmeric
4 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. chilly powder
2 Curd
1 onion paste
3 green Chilli paste
Ginger&Garlic Paste
Salt as per taste

Masala ingredient:
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. garam masala
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Process:
Cut, clean fish, and set aside. Mix the masala chilly powder, turmeric, curd, salt, cumin powder,garam masala, green chili paste, black pepper, mustard oil, onion paste, and with little water if required. Apply this paste on the fish and keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Next, we need to take a non-stick pan heat 2 tbsp of oil and shallow fry the fish on both sides till light brown and set aside.
Serve hot with steamed rice and dal of your choice.
