Multi Grain Masala Paratha


Hey home foodies, tired of having regular meals?? If yes, then let us share an easy recipe of a simple yet tasty paratha/roti for the foodie in you. In dig in meal's kitchen today, we are making "Multi-Grain Masala Paratha"



Ingredients :

1 cup Wheat flour

1/4 cup Besan

1 tsp grated ginger

3-4 Chopped Green chilies

1/2 tsp Carom seeds

1/2 tsp Cumin seeds

1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

1/2 cinnamon powder

4-5 tbsp Ghee

Warm water to knead

4-5 tsp milk

Salt to taste


Method :



Take a big kneading plate, add atta & besan in it. Then add salt, turmeric powder, carom seeds, Cinnamon powder, chopped green chilies, grated ginger in it. Mix all the ingredients and make a small space in between the plate. Now put ghee in it and start mixing it. Take small portions of the atta and gradually mix the ghee in it. Then add some lukewarm water and knead a soft dough. Once the dough is ready, evenly brush some milk on it, then keep it on rest for 30 minutes.


Now make small balls out of the dough and roll into any desirable paratha shape. Then cook the paratha with ghee. Once done serve it with achar or chutney on the side.
