Insta : digin.meal
Ingredients :
1ltr Full cream milk
2 tbsp Sugar/Sugar free (1 tbsp powdered)
3-4 Green Cardamom
Pinch of saffron
30g Cashew nuts
30g Almonds
30g Pistachio
For Garnish : Mixed dry fruits
Process :
Take 1ltr of milk in a pan and let it boil. Once the milk boils, turn down the heat to slow flame.
Now let it reduce the milk to its half but keep stiring it in between. Then add the chopped dry fruits (Almond, Pistachio, Cashew) in it.
Let it cook for 5 minutes. Now add the saffron and crushed Cardamom to the milk. Keep stirring the milk.
Once the Milk gets the perfect colour & aroma of the dry fruits, turn off the gas.
Now let it cool down to the room temperature then you can either serve it immediately or you can chill the Rabidi in the fridge.
Garnish the Rabidi with some dry fruits and enjoy the treat.
