Red Kidney bean "Rajma"
Red kidney beans curry dish prepared with high protein by adding rich tomato-based gravy and regular spices.
Rajma helps to reduce bad cholesterol makes us healthy with weight loss.

1 cup Rajma
4 tbsp Mustard Oil
1 and 1/2 cup Onion (Finely Chopped)
2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
3/4 cup Tomato (Finely Chopped)
3 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Fresh Coriander
2 green chilli
Pinch of Hing
Curry leaves

How to make rajma recipe:
Soak 1 cup of rajma in a bowl for almost 8 hours.
With 3 -4 whistles boil rajma in a pressure cooker with a medium flame.
Heat the pan and take some mustard oil. Add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds,
Then add the chopped onions stir till it turns to be brown in colour.
Add ginger garlic and chilli paste stir it for 3 mins in low flame add
tomatoes and stir it well cook for 3 -4 minutes till the raw smell of
tomatoes lower down add the spices 1 teaspoon coriander powder, a pinch of asafoetida (hing)
, ½ teaspoon garam masala powder,¼ teaspoon turmeric powder and ½ teaspoon chilli powder
Salute the mixture well so that whole masala is cooked.
Use a Strainer remove from the pressure cooker and add to the pan.
Stir it gently and mix it with the masala. Add 2 cups of warm water and add to the pan
Add salt as per your taste on a low medium flame cook for 10 -15 minutes and keep on stirring in regular intervals. Add some Kasuri methi and stir it for 1 minute. Off the flame and Serve high protein rajma with white rice , naan or roti.
