Scrambled Masala Egg

When It's Sunday and you feel too lazy to get sweat in kitchen, opt for eggs. Eggs are great source of protein and it literally takes minutes to please your taste buds.

Ingredients :

2 Country Eggs

1/2 Capusicum julienne

1 Medium or small size minced onion

2 Green Chillies

Salt to taste

1/2 tsp of Carom seeds (Ajwain)

1/2 tsp of cumin seeds (Sahi Jeera)

Pinch of turmeric

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

1/2 tsp of Black paper powder

2-3 Minced Mashroom (Optional)

2 tbsp Mustard Oil

Process : First take the eggs and beat them with a pinch of salt & turmeric. Leave the mixture to rest for 2-3 minutes. Heat the oil in the pan and crack 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds in it. Then add the onions and fry until it turns pink. Then add the green chillies and carom seeds and mix it well. Add capsicum, Black paper powder and chilli powder and mix it well for 30-40 seconds. Then take the egg mixture and whip it well and pour it in to the pan. Let it sit for 5 seconds then give it a good stir. Add a pinch of salt and fry it for a minute. Now it's time to take out the dish on to a plate, garnish with green chillies and curry leaves.
