କେବେ ହଳଦୀ ପକା ଚା ପିଇଛନ୍ତି କି?? ଯଦି ନାଁ, ତାହାଲେ ନିଜେ ବନାନ୍ତୁ ଓ ପିଇକି ଦେଖନ୍ତୁ, କେମିତି ଲାଗୁଛି ଏଇ ନିଆରା ଆଉ ହେଲଦି ଚା' । ତେବେ ଏଇ ଚା' ଟା ବନାଇବା ଖୁବ୍ ସହଜ ଆଉ ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ପକ୍ଷେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଉପକାରୀ ।
Have you ever tried Turmeric Tea?? I know, it might sound weird, but such a thing does exist and it's healthy as well as tasty.
Ingredients :
1tsp tea leaves
1 cup Milk
1/4 cup Water
1/4 tsp turmeric (raw crushed)
1/4 tsp Grated Ginger
2-3 Green Cardamom (crushed)
Pinch of salt
Method :
Take a saucepan and boil the water fi, then add crushed turmeric in it and let it reduce a bit. Then add milk and tea leaves. Let it boil again. Then add grated ginger, crushed green cardamom & salt. Mix well and boil again. Now strain it to a cup & add sugar-free/ sugar to the taste and enjoy the cup of health.
