Veggie Masala Poha

Masala Poha receipe:

Ingredients :

150g Fine Poha(Chuda)

30g chopped beans

30g greated carrot

half a tomato chopped

Half a medium size Onion chopped

5 chopped green chillies

30g chopped capsicum

1tsp Cumin

Curry leaves

salt to taste

pinch of turmeric

pinch of amchur

Pinch of sugar(Optional)

Process : Clean and wash the poha with the help of a strainer, then keep it aside. Heat the oil in a pan, add cumin in it. Once it starts to crackle

add curry leaves, green chillies and fry for another few seconds. Then add the onions and sauté until they are soft and pink. Then add chopped carrot, beans and tomatoes. Mix them well and cover it up for a minute. Then open the lead and add turmeric, amchur powder and salt in it. Mix well and cook for another minute. Now, add strained poha, pinch of sugar(optional) and mix. Cook it for another minute. And the Poha is ready to be plated. Dish it out on a plate, garnish with curry leaves on top of it and it's ready to serve.
