With Odia culture in my blood trying to present one of the famous sweet offered to LORD JAGANNATH.

Let start with the ingredients .
1 cup spoon cheese curd
3 tablespoons semolina
1 tablespoon ghee
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup of water
First, squeeze the cheddar(cheese curd) well in the palm of your hand. Then add the semolina, ghee, and sugar and mix together. Then add cardamom, cashews, and raisins to it. Then the first pan on the gas to heat. Now add ghee to a pan and pour the cheddar mixture. Cover with a banana leaf from above. Allow the pan on low heat for 20 to 25 minutes. Then remove the lid and check with a knife to see if it is done properly. If not, allow it to sit for another 5-10 minutes. Then cool it and serve.
